DiscMeet vs Fathom
Fathom is one of the best free meeting notetakers on the market, and its new bot-free mode is a genuine step forward. But both of its capture modes are tied to a short list of meeting apps, and Discord is not on it.

- Price. The free plan is genuinely unlimited — recordings, transcripts and summaries — with no trial cliff.
- Bot-free capture. On Mac you can record Zoom, Meet, Teams and Slack Huddles with nothing joining the call.

Where DiscMeet wins
- It works in Discord. Fathom does not — and because its bot-free mode is also limited to its supported apps, there is no workaround.
