DiscMeet is an AI-powered voice transcription bot for Discord that converts voice conversations into actionable insights and meeting notes. Our service is designed for gaming communities, companies, teams, and anyone who uses Discord for meetings and collaboration.
By using DiscMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
As a user of DiscMeet, you agree to:
The following uses of DiscMeet are strictly prohibited:
Audio processing: Voice data is used for transcription and is not kept as a permanent raw-audio archive; see the Privacy Policy for timing and retention.
Temporary audio storage:Audio may be held in DiscMeet's encrypted Cloudflare R2 storage only while processing.
Stored transcripts: Text we retain in our database (including notes and labels saved with a session) is encrypted at rest.
Consent: Server owners are responsible for lawful recording and for informing participants. DiscMeet offers an optional opt-in mode so only members who meet rules the owner sets (such as roles or an allowlist) are included in transcription and merged audio; owners who use it must configure it accurately.
RPG features: Campaign, character, location, and item data you enter in the dashboard is stored to provide those features for your server.
For paid plans, the following terms apply:
DiscMeet paid plans are designed for legitimate business and personal use. To ensure fair access for all users and maintain service quality, we enforce the following fair usage policy:
Each plan includes a fixed amount of recording time per billing cycle and a maximum length per individual recording. When you reach the cycle limit, new recordings are blocked until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
Unused hours do not carry over to the next billing cycle. Multi-channel concurrent recording is included with Pro+.
The following usage patterns are considered abuse and may result in account suspension or termination:
The hours limit per billing cycle is enforced automatically when you start a new recording, so legitimate users will never receive a surprise charge for going over. For violations of the prohibited usage patterns above, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts. In most cases we will warn the account holder and provide an opportunity to adjust usage before taking action; for severe or repeated abuse, immediate suspension may occur.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including Discord API changes, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.
DiscMeet and its associated technology, including AI models and transcription algorithms, remain our exclusive property.
Users retain full ownership of their spoken content, audio recordings, and transcripts.
DiscMeet does not claim ownership of user content and processes data solely to provide the service. We do not use customer content for advertising or external model training.
DiscMeet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, transcription errors, or service interruptions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to DiscMeet at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy, and you will lose access to all service features.
