DiscMeet is a subscription service for AI voice transcription in Discord. This policy explains when a paid subscription can be refunded and how to request it. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
DiscMeet includes a free plan (2 free recordings, 1 hour each). We recommend trying it before subscribing, so you know it fits your server before you pay.
If you're not happy with a new paid subscription, email us within 7 daysof the initial charge and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, and we don't refund partial or unused time on a plan you've already been using.
Email Contact support or reach us in our Discord support server. Include the email on your account so we can find the payment. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.
